My name is Janéa Cox. I am the mother of Haleigh Cox. Haleigh has Lennox Gastaut Syndrome, which is an intractable seizure disorder. I became actively involved in the fight for medical cannabis in 2013. Haleigh was admitted to the PICU at an Atlanta area hospital for 2 months. Conventional seizure meds were killing my daughter. It was at that point that we decided to pack up and move to Colorado, seeking healthier alternatives in order to save Haleigh's life. I met Jason through mutual friends and we formed an instant friendship. He truly saved my daughter's life. I have 10 plus years in the medical field as a Firefighter/EMT and I have been well educated by Jason in Cannabis Therapy for children and adults. I have watched many children suffering from seizures gain control over them. I have also witnessed children and adults overcome the hardships of cancer. These miracles and a whole lot more, have made me a big believer in cannabis oil.

In 2011, I was awarded the CBD Award at the 1st Annual High Times Medical Cannabis Cup held in Denver, CO. For the past 4 years, I have successfully bred and produced a 95% CBD plant that has been verified through two independent labs. I have developed several CBD rich infused products including Cannatol™ 1:1 and Haleigh’s Hope.
I am Sebastien Cotte and I became actively involved in the field of medical marijuana in 2013 while seeking alternative treatments for my son Jagger's, rare terminal genetic disease. Like many other families, my wife Annett and I became medical refugees in Colorado to access cannabis oil for Jagger as our home state doesn't have a medical Cannabis law. I have received a bachelor degree in international business from the University of Indianapolis and will bring my 15 years of business experience at several Fortune 500 companies to the Flowering H.O.P.E. Foundation. My areas of expertise include: human resources, training, process improvements, sales management, customer care, marketing, brand building and much more. In addition, I am in the process of completing a medical marijuana certification program offered by the American for Safe Access and the Cannabis Training Institute. I am not only an active member in the MMJ community but I also serve as an ambassador for the United Mitochondrial Disease foundation, an organization that provides education, awareness and resources to health care professionals, patients and families affected by mitochondrial disease.
